We have been proud to serve the Southern Maryland community for the past 50 years. While our Waldorf, Maryland and Alexandria, Virginia office will continue to operate as normal, we will regretfully be closing our Clinton, Maryland office effective Friday, May 6th, 2022.
We thank all the Clinton patients that sought their allergy and asthma medical needs with our Care Center team and hope that many of you are able to continue seeking care at our other locations.
As always, patients can make an appointment by calling our offices at 301-893-0083 for the Waldorf office or 703-360-8881 for the Alexandria office.
We look forward to continuing to provide you with the best possible care experience for all of your allergy, asthma, and immunology concerns.

ACAA is pleased to welcome Stefani Su, M.D.  Dr. Su is board eligible in Allergy & Immunology and board certified in Pediatrics. She is accepting new patients in our Alexandria & Waldorf locations.  Please call to schedule an in office or virtual visit.

Coronavirus Advisory: July 1, 2021

Starting July 1st, all of our offices will be open to see patients in person. Telehelath will still be available as long as insurance allows. We are taking temperatures upon arrival & face masks are required for all patients older than age 2. Asthma breathing tests (spirometry) will be available in Alexandria & Waldorf only, these tests will be performed outdoors weather permitting. Allergy shots will remain by appointment only. No walk ins are accepted. The health & wellness of our patients & staff is always our highest priority. We are screening all staff & patients daily, sanitizing common areas, and maintaining social distancing. We ask adult patients to come alone. Only one parent/guardian will be allowed in the office with a minor (patients under the age of 18). You will be mailed a screening form. We kindly ask that you NOT come in if you have been recently exposed to COVID-19 cases or have any symptoms of new onset loss of smell or taste, have a fever or chills, new onset cough, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing, fatigue, or muscle aches.

School/Work Forms

FORMS POLICY – updated 8/17/18

There is a $20.00 fee for the completion of school/work forms not completed at the time of an office visit.

This fee may be paid by CASH or CHECK.

**Effective October 15, 2018 **Credit Cards will not be an accepted form of payment for school forms.

This fee is due and payable when forms are dropped off.

If the patient has not been seen by the physician within the previous 12 months, or has not returned for a required follow-up per doctors notes, the forms will not be completed without an office visit.

Forms may be picked up.  They will not be faxed or mailed.

Please allow 1 week for forms to be completed.
